Consisting primarily of water as well as a fluorine-free additive known as F-500 Encapsulator Agent, F-500 encapsulates and damps down the combustible materials and the flammable gases. In addition, this firesuppression agent rapidly dissipates the heat and also reduces the surface tension of the water.

NEURUPPIN WD F-500 extinguishers are available in sizes 1 L, 3 L, 6 L and 9 L. Because they are frost-protected, they can also be stored outdoors or at unheated locations in readiness for emergency situations.
